My passion and purpose is helping people realise their fullest potential. It's about supporting your unique journey with 21st century tailor-made tools.

I have an established NLP* combined with mBIT** coaching and team development practice, working with a wide range of topics, including leadership, purpose and identity, values and beliefs alignment, confidence, communication, conflict resolution, effective teams and career management. I work globally with:

1) Organisations at all levels, including executive leadership

2) Private clients from a range of diverse backgrounds

I have over 1300+ hours (and counting) of practical delivery both in a 1:1 and group setting combined, followed by consistently positive feedback and outcomes excelling expectations.

Prior to my current practice, I have built 15+ years of experience in the education and service sectors, which originated from a business background. It allowed me to balance between commercial and not-for-profit, bringing the best out of both worlds.

Taking care of people is the difference that makes the difference for lasting change. I apply systems thinking in context, such as family, any other relationships, or organisations of any kind and scale. They only grow, when their people have the safe space to grow with them.

25 years of practical experience in organisational transformation and leadership

My passion is helping people learn and grow. I generously share my decades of knowledge and experience to inspire and empower their emerging inner wisdom. It's my greatest joy to create the conditions for success and help draw the best out of them - I feel I succeed when they succeed.

Over the last 25 years I have held a number of senior and director roles across multiple sectors and functional disciplines (Transformation, Strategy, Business Planning, Operations, Digital, Human Resources and Finance). Examples include University of London, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Lavendon Group (at the time a FTSE 250 company) and Anglian Water. I have also operated as a Management Consultant doing work for Tata Consulting (JaguarLandRover -JLR) and Thames Water, and most recently ABRSM in London.

I believe in life-long-learning with endless curiosity, and walk my talk by personally committing to my own development in order to help others even better. I have mastered a full range of tools and techniques that underpin leadership, personal development and business transformation. Over the last few years it's been clear to me that traditional leadership and management approaches are no longer fit for purpose. I now believe embodied and generative leadership is fundamental for future generations to succeed in shaping the life of their design and a better world for us all.
